We only collect data you actively provide:

• Email address — when you subscribe to our newsletter via the "Join the Magic" form.
• Chat messages — messages sent through the Amber AI chat are processed in real-time and are not stored by us (they are sent to Groq's API for AI processing).

We do not collect data from children. Our newsletter form is intended for parents and guardians only. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16.

3. How we use your data

• Email: to send you updates about new episodes, songs, and ByAmberVerse news. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Chat messages: processed via Groq API (US-based) solely to generate a response. Not stored, not used for profiling.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

We process your email address on the basis of consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking "Unsubscribe" in any email or contacting us directly.

• Vercel — hosts this website. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.
• YouTube — our videos are embedded via YouTube. YouTube may set cookies. See Google's Privacy Policy.

We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or sell data to third parties.

We retain your email address until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Chat messages are not retained by us.
